Brief description of the product:

The Insulin Syringes are assembled by needle protective cap, needle tube, barrel, piston, plunger, protective cap. All parts and materials used in this can meet medical requirement.  Sterilized by ETO, pyrogen-free. It is applicable injection after taking out insulin. According to the size, it can be specified to: U-40, U-100.

Characteristic:

The high transparency of the barrel permits the end user a strict control on the foreign substance and liquid flow.

The inerasable graduation permits an easy reading, 40 unites and 100 unites are available.

The medical grade silicon oil is used as the lubricant the purpose of getting a smooth plunger movement.

Sterilized by EO gas, non- toxic, non-pyrogenic, single use only.

Material for barrel and plunger: medical grade PP (poly­propylene)

Material for gasket natural rubber/ latex-free

Fixed needle, no dead space

Ultra fine needle (27-31G)

Individual pack: Blister/Poly bag

Volume: 0.3ml/0.5ml/1ml
